operated by Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis, Missouri nonprofit
organization (“Chess Club”)

Chess Club does not accept any unsolicited marketing ideas, and you are prohibited from
submitting any such materials to Chess Club through the Site. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, if you submit any ideas, concepts or materials through the Site to Chess Club,
you acknowledge that such submissions by you shall be considered non-confidential and
