Tony Rich is the Executive Director of the Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis – a new destination for chess players, both beginning and advanced, to enjoy a game of skill more than 1500 years old. He graduated from Missouri University of Science & Technology (formerly the University of Missouri - Rolla) with a BS in Computer Science. He is a regular contributor to various chess and technical publications. He has served as the Vice President of the Missouri Chess Association Board of Directors, and has been the editor of the Missouri Chess Bulletin.
Nick Heard comes to the Chess Club from Chicago, where he studied at Columbia College Chicago, achieving Dean’s List status two consecutive years, with a BA in Marketing Communications. Nick has always had a passion for working in interpersonal communications, be it at home or abroad. Having spent the last four years working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, he has perfected this craft and is excited to put his skills to use and is very excited to join the team at The Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis.
